Add json and jsonb to the list of supported postgres types

The list of supported types in the PostgresDialect class does not include json and jsonb. If this is not in purpose, I happily try to make a PR.

Currently, this module is being abandoned. We've neither maintained nor evolved it for years.
We're currently in the process of removing a lot of code / modules from Geotoolkit project (see why in project README -> Project status).
In consequence, the database related module will surely disappear in a short/mid-term.

However, we've partially reworked it in the Apache SIS project, in the sis-sqlstore module. I don't think it supports JSON/JSONB types either, so you're very welcomed to provide a PR for this feature.

A few notes :

• The Apache SIS module currently contains only read operations from database. Writing features to database is not supported yet.
• The code logic is quite different from Geotoolkit. Its main contributor ( @desruisseaux ) should be able to provide some guidance in this regard.
• Apache SIS module is currently more limited in terms of functionalities, but it is designed for better stability and performance.

My first attempt relied on Apache SIS, but my use case involves transfering data from geopackages, shapefiles, geojson, etc. to postgis, hence the need for a WritableAggregate. When looking at the documentation, I wrongly assumed that most of the module of geotoolkit would move to Apache once the licensing issues get resolved.

I will have a deeper look at the sqlstore in Apache SIS and see if I can help.

Actually this is a mix of licensing issue, but also refactoring and cleanup on a case-by-case basis. Sometime the refactoring is minor and the code move almost as-is to SIS. But in some other cases there is a large rewriting effort.
