GHCR/Watchtower Issues

My workflow:

1. push to a branch
2. Merge branch to main
3. Wait a couple of seconds for build to complete
4. Build is complete, ssh into jetstream and pull down changes. Then do make a deployment. Things should work

From what I read, the watchtower service should be running and polling every 5 minutes for changes. Yeah for some reason this didn't work on fix-supcrtbl (small merge) as I waited about 15 minute and nothing happened. I ended up having to destroy the current stack and redeploying it, which works, but obviously not the most ideal setup. I don't think Calloway intends for this to happen, and it probably worked for him when he tested it.

# Attempt to pull the latest image
docker pull ghcr.io/geochemical-modeling/js2-gateway:latest

This would fail with an authorization error. I'm assuming that this is becuase in the docker_publish.yml, I'm assuming this is because the image associated with this repo is private, despite the repo being public. I'm assuming the fix would be to provide watchtower with the needed credentials to pull from ghcr only on the server somehow?

I'm unable to fix this because I don't have the credentials or authorization to mess or view github packages or update watchtower to have calloways credentials.
