To clarify the left diagram is the flow diagram for how the backend processes the user input, and writes to the subprocess specifically. The right diagram is incomplete, but I planned to havea diagram showing the states on the frontend and how things render. A note for future maintainers the binary has some quirks to work with concerning paths, so I don't recommend changing the current way we copy files into it. You can find more on the Supcrtbl discussion notes. Another note is that you should be careful if you ever want to re-write the frontend SupcrtblOnline component. The tricky part is mainly how it renders "resetting dependencies" and hiding certain radio buttons. It's very easy to waste a lot of time on it.
