Can you tell me how someone can cancel their Pro version of Tradetally?

I cant use the free version since it limits how many trades i can upload into it.

i went into "Link" to try to find an unsuscribe button and it playing hide and go seek.

And the "contact support" button at the bottom geos no where.

Can you give me a clear path on how to do so?

I am sorry to hear that the pro subscription didn't work out for you. I will work on resolving the issues you are having cancelling right now along with the support button. Can I ask why the pro tier didn't work out for you?

I appreciate you've addressed the issues I mentioned, providing a clearer path to unsubscribe and a working "Contact Support" link. Given these fixes, which weren't previously requested, I'm guessing this is a relatively new product.

I uploaded the same CSV file from my broker into both Tradervue and Tradetally and found significant discrepancies in some daily trades, not just minor rounding differences. I've decided to stick with Tradervue until the issue is resolved. I even spent over 3 hours yesterday troubleshooting with AI Gemini 3 Pro and have a full transcript, but I didn't think it would be helpful to others, so I didn't paste it here. I didn't want to bad-mouth your project.

I wanted this to work and spent over 10 hours trying to get it running on my Synology NAS container manager, plus another 3 hours with Docker on my PC, just to test it against Tradervue. While the Pro version is a great price, I would have stayed if it had functioned as expected. The free version also has trade upload limitations for me because of the volume of trades I do. I appreciate the effort you've put in so far, but people expect things to work, not be beta-tested. I don't have time to debug it further; I have my own projects.

I'll be the first to try again and pay for another month if you can resolve these issues.

I appreciate you taking the time to reply. The project is relatively new. However, I have had many people use it and have not heard about the calculations being off. What specifically did you find that didn’t match? There is a grouping feature that you can toggle which will group together your trades based on execution time and that will have an effect on your win loss ratio. Was it your pnl that wasn’t lining up?

@wilmus460-web if you would be willing to send me the CSV you used for the import, that would allow me to fix the parser. I do see the discrepancies you were referring to. I would happily give you a year free on the platform in return.

I did try it again today. Since i still have my account open until the 17th. And today's trades were off as well. I think the issue is the way I trade and take my profits .. which at some points are stair stepped. Meaning if I have 500 shares as the price goes past my profit mark i may take some profit off the table by 100 shares at first and see if it gets better. Then I take more if I see it going my way. Etc.. Tell me how to send you things I think will help you. Like the csv files and the Gemini transcript. But all that takes time. And I probably won't be able to do it until Wednesday. I'd rather not post it here. Give me a way to send this info to you instead of on this platform. Im willing to help because you know more about the back end things and maybe one day may need your help. No need to give me a year free.

I totally understand not wanting to post here. That is why you can send it to support@tradetally.io in an email. Really all I need is the CSV you are using so that I can see how TradeTally is grouping your trades. The issue seems to be in the parser. Obviously no rush on your end. I just want to make the product as good as I can, not just for the cloud users but of course for anyone that decides to self-host it.
