Impossible to compile

Hi,

Trying to compile this for my DSA602A. Using the Makefile, it’s not compiling at all.
I’m on Windows and using Cygwin. As you can see from the attached image, some files and commands seem to be missing.

Question 1: Where are they, where can I find the missing files?
Question 2: Why isn’t there a config file?
Question 3: Why not just provide a working binary?

I’m not sure about Cygwin. But I was able to compile no problems today, with a Debian netinst apt install gcc make, and run make…

it also compiled fine on wsl1 with Ubuntu but I couldn’t figure out how to use serial ports in wsl, so I went with the method mentioned above in virtual box
