GQP doesn't download and install tools automatically #2
Description
Several tools are required for GQP to work, HG, SVN, GIT, CMake, etc.
It would be nice if GQP could download and install all of these tools for the
user so they only have to install perhaps one or none of these tools.
This would be particularly useful when operating in an environment where you
can't install the tools, but still need them available such as a school Linux,
Windows, or Mac lab computer.
