Why ARC-Core is central

Without ARC-Core, the rest of the stack risks becoming disconnected tools.

ARC-Core provides the shared layer for:

  • truth handling
  • canonical event history
  • entity identity and relationship state
  • case and analyst workflow
  • proposal approval lanes
  • receipts and evidence
  • bounded execution
  • future branch simulation and replay

Relationship to Arc-RAR

Arc-RAR can act as the portable archive / package / transport layer for deterministic bundles, logs, receipts, and branch artifacts that originate in ARC-Core or ARC-Turbo-OS.

Relationship to Synth

Proto-Synth_Grid_Engine should be treated as a future visualization and embodiment surface, not the system of record. Synth can render, navigate, or surface ARC state, but ARC-Core remains the authority layer.
