Screens Initially Overlap

Describe the bug
When a group call begins, the small boxes of the other people's screens stack on top of each other (and your's).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a video call
2. Observe how all of the screens are in the top left corner once you connect.

Expected behavior
Spread them out to begin the call.
