[Cityscape] Support selection of LODs #5
Description
The Cityscape models can contain multiple LOD (Level Of Detail) models in a single file. Currently, CMM loads the best (highest tri) model only. It should allow you (while in Cityscape mode) to select the LOD you want to work with/export.
