PDFs with Table of Contents #3
Description
I have posted a PDFtk GUI front end, PDFtk Bookmarks Editor, on SourceForge and was looking at PDFtkBox as a possible substitute for the dump_data and update_info commands in PDFtk Server v2.02.
However, when dumping bookmark data using PDFtkBox, I encountered problems with PDFs which have a table of contents in addition to bookmarks (outline). In such cases, the program does not output the PageNumber, YOffset or Zoom statements for the bookmarks and it sends TODO messages to the console regarding support for PDNamedDestinations.
