[PMT] Refresh Redirect

Description

On the Providers page, after clicking "Edit" on a provider you are moved to the Edit Provider screen. After clicking refresh, the page is cleared and you can add a new provider instead of editing the previously selected one.

Wanted functionality: On refresh we want the user to be redirected back to the Providers page if he was previously at the "Add/Edit" Provider screen. Implement this.
