Postman Challenge Promotion

@sanjay-kv My idea to promote the postman challenge is that right now many people who havent contributed in even a single repository and are asking for why they are not able to get their certification in the github discussion - https://github.com/GSSoC24/Contributor/discussions
. We can ask them to complete the postman challenge and in return give them their GSSoC certificate as well.They will get 2 certificates at the same time.One from GSSoC and other from postman

I believe promoting it in GSSoC Discussion might be helpful,what do you guys think?

OR

Maybe send a mail to everybody who havent contributed,something like a last chance to get certification,complete the postman challenge and get two certifcates to boost your career
