Make a dashboard for each contributor which can be added to their Readme

We should make a personalised dashboard for each contributor. This dashboard would have all the pull requests merged by the contributor in a proper table. This table would not just include the links of merged prs but it would have different columns which we include title of the pr, what changes have been made, gssoc level assigned to the pr and also the type of pr (like bug fix, documentation update or new feature added).
On the dashboard, we can add details like repository in which most contributions are made,all the badges earned, number of level1,2 and 3 prs merged, number of bug fixes, new feature or documentation prs merged. The best part about this dashboard will be that the contributors will be able to add this dashboard on the Readme of their github profiles.
We could also include some additonal badges for specific goals like if their are 25 bug fixes made by the contributor throughout the program, we can award the bug hunter badge and similarly more badges can be added for specific goals or challenges completed.

Oh that's nice! We can add kind of a summary of the contributions made at the top of the page before the pr table. We can add things like all the badges earned by the contributor, number of level1,2,3 prs merged, number of bug fixes, new feature or documentation prs merged.
And some new badges can be introduced on the basis of these things like an innovator badge for those who have done more than 25 prs on adding a new feature or a bug basher badge for those who have done 20 prs on fixing a bug.
