2. Feedback Loops:

• Create a structured feedback loop where participants can suggest improvements and new ideas for GSSoC.

• This could include regular surveys or an idea submission platform, ensuring that participant voices are heard and acted upon, making the program more participant-driven.

Alternative Engagement:

Interactive Alumni Panel: In addition to the alumni section, host live alumni panels where past participants can engage directly with current participants, sharing their experiences and answering questions in real-time.

Feedback Awards: Introduce a system where the most impactful feedback or suggestions are recognized with awards or public acknowledgment, further motivating participants to contribute. like also we can provide badges to them and participants also.
