as user view the website without signing up:
1- I can view health news
2- I can sing up by entering username, name, email and password
3- I can login to the App to view my calories and entring my daily food-exercies
as a new user who wants to sign up :
1- I can set the goal (gain/lose) weight when I sign up for the first time so the app can customize the health news/tips
2- I can enter weight - height - gender so the app can calculate the naturally burned calories
as logged user :
1- I can see the updated daily calories, food, exercises, and remaining calories
2- I can see the menu (home - add - profile)
3- I can add, exercises, weight, food(breakfast- lunch- dinner - snacks)
4- I can in exercises page search and choose daily workout types and enter it's duration.
5- I can in the food page choose the food/ meal and it's amount and also view the food Nutrition details.
6- I can add my weight in any time so the app will draw the weight vs time progress.
