User Story
In order to respond to OIG follow-up question #3, the Data.gov team wants to provide documentation showing that subsequent API requests succeeded without errors after a reported incident, and publish this documentation on resources.data.gov.
Background
Source: OIG follow-up question #3, received after 2/6/26 GSA response.
OIG is asking for supporting evidence that API requests recovered after an incident. The original GSA response stated "Subsequent requests succeeded without errors" but did not include supporting documentation.
Potential sources of evidence:
- API monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, cloud.gov logs, etc.)
- Uptime monitoring service records
- Harvest job completion records showing successful API calls
- Any automated alerting history showing issue resolution
