Get 403 error while sending Patch request for Rebaseline in staging environment

Hello,

I got the 403 error below while sending Patch request for Rebaseline in staging environment (https://staging-itc-cpic.itdashboard.gov). I am able to send the post command successfully. Do I have permission to edit a record? Could you please help?

Hi Chinh,

Thanks for reaching out. Only POST operations are allowed for Rebaseline Reports. Once a Rebaseline resource is added to IT Collect, it cannot be edited. We recommend that you POST a new Rebaseline resource with the intended data values and use that Rebaseline ID for submitting the relevant Projects/Activities updates.
