IT Collect - Staging Retrieving a token fails

Hello,
I have been attempting for the last 15 minutes (4:45pm est) to create a token for the staging server and helping another create a token. We get a failure message. Can you tell why it is failing? Thank You.

Grant Type: authorization code
Callback URL: https://oauth.pstmn.io/v1/callback
Auth URL: https://staging-itc-identity.itdashboard.gov/oauth/authorize
Access Token URL: https://staging-itc-identity.itdashboard.gov/oauth/token

One of us was able to get a token while I am receiving "Fatal error. Unable to get the authorization server."

Hi Ryan, Yes, I am still having the issue with Staging, Not having the same issue with Production. Hi Kelly,

Are you using the Client ID in your test environment or in postman? The Client ID starting with 'cadc' is attached to a Postman Redirect url. Which looks to be correct in your initial message. But, I wanted to confirm the actual location where you are receiving the error.

This is all within postman. I am in the “login” process. I login, then provide the PIV. I get a blank screen. I exit out of that screen, try again and get that error. The same process in postman for production works fine. You do not see anything on your end?
