Thank you for following up. We are not familiar with your specific tool implementation, but our suggestion would be to profile your request to make sure you are sending a PATCH/PUT. On our end, PUT/PATCH requests are working as designed.

Please ensure you are using the following URL's for Staging, and your agencyId's are correct for the path parameter:
