[IT Collect] Services & Ledgers cannot be validated at the same time.

I am testing the validation of Ledgers
They all "fail" (404-Not Found exception) if the services has not been submitted (Validation -- false).
This may only be a short-term issue, but how can we validate the whole "Service" (Service, Ledgers, and others) without Submission of the service, that may or may not be ready to submit?

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for your question. You will not be able to validate embedded documents (ledgers, projects, activities, etc.) underneath a Service if the Service does not exist. Please let us know if you have additional questions on this.
