[SEARCH] - Resubmission Version Numbers

Based on user feedback, we'd like to add the resubmission version numbers to the search results.

1. IF a user can see "private" resubmission data (the tags)
2. They can also see the resubmission version numbers alongside the Auditee Name and resub tag

Perhaps something like:
Name (RESUBMITTED/MOST RECENT) v3

The format should be flexible - if people don't like it, it's easy to move.
