Add ability to launch non-federated executables in JSON specification #52
Description
For some co-simulations, it would be convenient if the JSON specification supported executables that were not federates in the co-simulations but would be launched and killed along with the co-simulation. Maybe this would be a separate object at the same level of the "federates" object currently in the JSON?
