Minor fixes to website interface

As from today's team review, below is the summary of additional tweaks to the interface:

1. Please add a top scrolling banner ("news ticker") containing text about updated version - content tbd
2. Please add thinkhazard logo with link to home on top bar of any page, not just the home. Use space between search field and top menu.
   
3. Additional data source info about to be added below the minimap whenever urban area is selected:
   "Urban areas perimeters are obained from GHS Urban Centre Database 2025."
   
4. About section: on the left side of "Developed by WB-GFDRR" please add "Sponsored by https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/5d/GatesFoundationlogo.svg "
5. Remove data map; replace with link to "Documentation" once up and working on GH pages

I just deployed a new version on https://int.thinkhazard.org/fr/

I completely removed the cache so now we should all see fully updated content.

Thanks! I can see the changes. @stufraser1 @pzwsk please have a first look at the website and search option - I'll push units renaming fixes soonish.
