Cython_source issue

Hi Jon @Erotemic , I did some progress for pycold this summer, including flexible band inputs and window support. But I encounterred an error for my recent push. Would it be possible for you to have a look at the cython_source error? I really lack knowledge on the test.yml, so want to ask if you have a quick answer for here. Thanks!

I don't see the problem immediately. Scikit-build has changed quite a bit, and I'm wondering if it has to do with that. I'm having trouble with all of my binary packages right now.

I'll see if I can find anything out.

In the meantime, try to add -v to all of the the pip install commands in tests.yml so pip gives more information on what the issue might be.
