Currently points to https://github.com/low-sky/gbtpipe/tarball/master#egg=gbtpipe-0.1.0 in setup.py instead of https://github.com/GBTSpectroscopy/gbtpipe/tarball/master#egg=gbtpipe-0.1.3 (or whatever newer version to use).
To avoid mixing gbtpipe versions, it could be worth adding a version check for critical functions.
