Issue on Download arxiv html data

Hi,
Could you show how to download the arxiv dataset in html format?

I cannot download the data in the same format with your example.
I've downloaded from GCS bucker refer to the suggested Kaggle.

only 2 papers can be found.

I also have the same question. Did you convert the tex to html?
