Improve README for Better Quick Start

Problem

Took me a week to get DeepResearcher running. Current README lacks critical setup information.

Issues Found

1. Missing Server Handler Setup Guide

• Problem: Started only 1 server handler for 4096 rollouts → i get no progress on 8x A100 overnight
• Need: Clear instructions on how many handlers to run based on hardware

2. Improve Concurrency Configuration and Read Model Guide

Missing guidance for:

• Search API rate limits
• Reading model (qwen-plus) API limits
• Rollout parallelism settings

Read Model with No Alternatives

• qwen-plus is costly and rate-limited
• No suggestions for cheaper alternatives

3. Misleading Error Messages

• Screen full of "model tool call format error" messages
• Successful operations aren't logged, making debugging confusing
• Need clearer success/failure indicators

I think deepresearcher is an awesome work and i really appreciate your efforts. Hoping relevant improvements would enable people to better use this project.
