[FEATURE] Option to always show the "close" button for all window previews in the overview

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, V-Shell provides an option for never showing the close button for window previews, but it doesn't provide an option for always showing the close button.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option in the extension settings that makes the "close" button always show for all window previews in the overview. Having a similar feature for the "Close Workspace button" option could also be nice.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using another extension, which messes with some of V-Shell's customizations.

Additional context
For touchscreen devices, the default behavior of the window preview close button (in either V-Shell or vanilla GNOME) makes closing windows a janky process, which making the close button always visible fixes.
