Delete slot

Add a feature to each slot to be able to delete the slot itself. Must be confirmed with a yes/no dialog defaulted to No.

This feature existed before the rewrite, I’d like to get it back. We might want to add an “advanced” collapse/uncollapse to put this, date, day range (or anything below Sync Status)

@FutureTense what do you mean by delete the slot? As in reset all the attributes of the slot? If so, it exists as an button entity as button.<lock>_code_slot_<N>_reset it's just not being surfaced in the build dashboard.

If you mean to remove tracking of a slot, I definitely do not remember seeing that feature in the previous incarnation!
