[BUG] cannot import all metadata of csv file to paperlib on new device

Describe the bug
when i try to sync the data not by cloud, use csv and pdf method which you mentioned before, i meet such error below:

this error happened when i import the csv file. by the way, i wrote labels and note in chinese which may be responsible for this.

after importing, i can see only few papers loaded, which missed a lot of meta informations. My csv file is below:

Hi, we will investigate this.

But if you just want to import all your data to a new machine, you can directly copy the library folder to the new PC.

The local database files are all in the library folder.

另一个问题是，从云同步取消之后，这个文件夹下缓存的数据库似乎是空白的，怎么才能保存云端的数据库
