Allow me to automatically redirect users to a given location from the index page

Problem

I want visits to the index page (e.g. https://my.fusionauth.domain.com/) to get redirected to my corporate site, but I don't want to have to create a custom theme, either because I'm using a simple theme or I'm using the default advanced theme.

Solution

Allow me to set an index redirect location either in system settings for global behavior, or at the tenant to support having different properties mapped to different tenants.

I don't think I want this as part of a theme, because then I potentially have to deal with it in many themes.

Alternatives/workarounds

Create a custom theme with an automatic refresh in that template.
