[Bug]: Admin UI - Basic self-service registration config is not displayed after toggling from advanced

What happened?

Under Edit Application -> Registration -> Self-service Registration. When self-service is enabled and Basic is selected, the form should include fields for "Login Type", "Confirm Password", and optional registration fields, but these are missing when toggling back to basic for an application with a saved advanced configuration.

To reproduce:

1. Go into the application editor and enable self-service registration with the advanced option.
2. Save the configuration.
3. Re-open the application editor, toggle to basic. The fields will be missing.

Save the basic config, then go back into the application editor.
