Description

@mooreds

What happened?

To replicate:

  • create or view an account link with an existing identity provider. Mine were using Google. Saw it both on new links and links from last summer
  • Go to the admin UI
  • Navigate to the users tab
  • 'Manage' the user with the links
  • Select the account linking tab
  • Select 'view'

See screenshot of error (on firefox).

Expected:

You see details about the account link.

Reality

You see this message The identity provider user could not be found. Try refreshing your browser.

Narrator: Refreshing the browser did not help.

No logs in the event log or the system logs.

In the browser console I did see a 404 request to https://dan-m.fusionauth.io/ajax/identity-provider/link/view?userId=51ffab77-df20-4680-89de-5dd74448df54&identityProviderId=09dc8c3a-a06f-4d54-a198-76739581e69c&identityProviderUserId=101109898394316247629&tenantId=765de9a1-375a-cb28-4c8d-11b4eabcedef

The userId provided in that link did match up to the given user.
