New Version difficulties

Hello, thanks very much indeed for this amazing course. I am however, abit confused about the new version of cellranger; cellranger-9.0.1. The guidelines we have in the .mds are somewhat different from what is included in this version. For example, I can hardly find the script for making the reference. 

I also kindly request to be informed of the order of running the scripts. Thanks indeed
