[Request] Add lead changes (since they are a vital part of the happy ghasts mechanics) #5

Explain your suggestion here.
Adding the lead changes would be nice, since they play a vital role with the happy ghast for transporting mobs and loot (in chests).
Describe alternatives you've considered
If not the ENTIRE Lead rework at least the functionality to attach a boat to the happy ghast to make a valid storage carrying system.
And Can be de-attached with sheers.
