[Request] Backport to 1.21.4

Many mods only have 1.21.4 and prior versions, and some people just prefer 1.21.4, so it would be nice if you could also use this mod in 1.21.4. No other Happy Ghast mods support 1.21.4 and Fabric for some reason.
