[BUG] Continue playing and start popup

Describe the bug
When I start the program I always get he popup (I have donated) and pressed the don't show this again, this started to happen a couple of versions back on top of that when I start to watch something it always starts from the begining, so if I close a movie/series in the middle of a episode it starts over when I open it again.

I have tried to fully uninstall and reinstall, including removing files in appdata/local/roaming and used the nuke everything button.

Please provide the following information

• OS: Windows 11 pro - latest updated but persisted through updates
• App Version 1.9.1 atm (happened on older versions also)
• How the app was installed from github .msi
