Provide documentation for Clafer PLE model and RTL instance generation #2
Description
The j1.chisel now includes a Clafer Product-Line Engineering (PLE) model. This includes scripts to convert Clafer native instances into Java settings/properties files, as well as Scala code to bulk-generated RTL for a given number of instances.

None of that is documented yet. This issue entails providing documentation of what currently works, and what is future work!
