Weapon Lock/Clash Bug

Bug with weapon clashing - Due to the increased frame rate and weapon clashes using framerate for input detection, it becomes impossible to win a weapon clash. Would be good to have an fps locking during weapon clashes :)

Other than that the mod is awesome
