Re-running PanDDa fails #47
Description
Re-running PanDDa for an already existing 'destination' folder seem to fail frequently.
The issue have been observed for following scenario:
1: user run xdsapp and fspipeline tools to generate input for PanDDa
2: user run PanDDa first time successfully
3: optionally(?), user re-run fspipeline with different parameters
4: user re-runs PanDDa second time on xdsapp/fspipeline input data
For step 4, PanDDa run seem to fail.
A work around for this problem is to delete pandda's xdsapp_fspipeline between step 3 and 4.
