visual ligand hit summary view #42
Description
Add a view where all detected ligand hits are shown.
The view should display the 3D model of proteins secondary structure and all detected ligands in the same coordinate space.
It would be nice if there were some controls to toggle shown ligands using various filters, e.g. pandda or ligandfit calculated hits etc. The UI needs to be brainstormed a bit perhaps.
Below is an illustration of how ligand hits and secondary structure rendering can look like:
