Infinite resource loading incompatibility with Waystones mod

Same issue as FoundationGames/Automobility#16 and TwelveIterationMods/Waystones#637

Having JsonEM installed alongside Waystones and it's dependencies Balm/Cloth Config causes an infinite resource loading loop.

Potential workaround: Try disabling model dumping, as it seems like it repeatedly errors when trying to generate the model for the Sharestone (because it lacks a "main" part or something like that).
