Affected app version

1.5.0

Affected Android/Custom ROM version

GrapheneOS build 2025122501 (Android 16)

Affected device model

Pixel 9a

How did you install the app?

Google Play Store

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open Fossify Contacts for the first time
  2. Tap the "Groups" icon at the bottom: it says "No items found." and "Create group" (underlined and blue/gray, like a link)
  3. Tap the words "Create group"

Expected behavior

It creates a group, or asks for a name for my new group.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens. It seems to ignore all my taps here.

Screenshots/Screen recordings

No response

Additional information

I discovered that there's a blue/gray "+" button in the bottom-right corner, and tapping that shows a dialog box "Create a new group". I think the "Create group" link at the top of the screen should do the same thing as that.

On the "Favorites" tab, there's a similar link-looking label at the top, "Add favorites", and tapping that works the same as the "+" button at the bottom of that tab.

Thanks!
