Dynamic placeholder not maching rendering UID when template has changed

Hi,

We are using this dynamic placeholder in our solution using sitecore 8.2 rev 3 and we are facing an issue when we change the template of an item.

The first item based on TemplateA has some dynamicplaceholders and when we change it to TemplateB the renderings still there, but the placeholder or eachone are pointing to the old UID of the parent rendering that has changed from TemplateA

I created an event for itemTemplateChange and modify the plceholder of the rendering to point to the new UID of the parent rendering in TemplateB (both template has only 1 dynamic rendereing with the same placeholdername in the html) but eventhough in sitecore i can see the right placeholder name with the right UID but in the site or in experience editor the page loads empty, so i may be missing something to modify.

Not sure if this is a bug or is a feature not suported... or i shouldn't be changing the template of an item....

Any ideas?
