TLS 1.2 error from octopus

We are using Toolcore publishing for publishing Sitecore items from Octopus. We are getting connection related error from Octopus. Delving more revealed that, it is due to TLS 1.2. Current service client seems to support 1.0. If we change our Web App on TLS 1.0 then it works. But as you know due to PCI Compliance, app should be on 1.2.

I think code needs to be compiled in 1.2. So, we can run it. Is my analysis, correct? You already fixed this for someone else? If yes, can you please share? So, I don't spend time again. If not, I will be more than happy to contribute.

Fixed it by compiling runner project against .NET 4.6.
