canSee function not working in Dependable Fields when dependsOn is used

Fields that are tagged to be hidden with canSee are hidden from detail view but are visible in edit view when combined with dependsOn function - is it possible to hide the fields in this particular instance? Thank you!

Hey! Line 182 for example. It works fine it's just that when I try to restrict the field within the Dependable Panel to only admin (myself) and login with the other user it's still visible within the DependablePanel.
