curl not found and the download failed

Hi @lulutax

We have removed curl in the latest changes in the dev branch(pre release). The configmap scripts are moved to a separate file and we use ldapsearch to check the availability of DS. See here: https://github.com/ForgeRock/forgeops/blob/dev/charts/identity-platform/files/ldif-importer/start.sh#L11

These changes will be released in our up and coming ForgeOps 2025.2.0 release next month.
