Page scrolls to top when closing lightbox

1. Open the test page
2. Scroll the page
3. Click on a lightbox link
4. Close the lightbox

Scroll position should be preserved.

Also an errant # at the end of the URL might be a culprit too. That can send the browser snapping to top of page. And I remember seeing errant #'s on URLs when the lightbox closes.
