Sort does not sort by a specific alphabetical / lexicographical order

The sorting function does not sort in a specific order (alphabetical / lexicographical).

Small letter b,c is regarded the same as capital letters in this example.

Commands to recreate:

Hi, thank you for the bug report. Our sort feature is designed to be case-insensitive as we believe it is how users would expect the behaviour to be like. The commands to recreate and the screenshot output shows the contact index 2-4 being sorted by their phone number as all 3 contacts have the same name (case-insensitive) therefore it is sorted by phone in ascending order instead of name as stated in the user guide.

Reason for disagreement: Name duplicate criteria (case-insensitivity) is not mentioned in the UG for the sort command to specify user-expected behaviour. There is also no mention that duplicate names / case-sensitivity is not supported under the sort command, hence it should not be classified as not in scope.
