Adding examples

I propose that we make a sub folder called examples in which we put examples that can be run for everyone new to the code. These examples should have a parameter file and an observation file, this observation file should be able to download from our CAMRAS data server (we do not want this on git), and the parameter file should be in the example folder. The example than could be run by using run.sh which downloads the example using wget and runs the example.

Currently I am working on making a branch that includes a few examples.

Agreed, I already pulled the master in the current examplefolder branch.

I added 3 examples, so I think #8 can be merged in the master, we should maybe add a few more examples, like an example of raw data of the huispulsar would be nice.
